The ability to switch between two characters at any point
Inspired by Encanto, Turning Red, and Everything Everywhere All At Once
Changed some dialogue
Added the words “So long” and “Long Lost” in the game like I originally intended
It is no longer possible to battle the warehouse workers before battling the Long Inn waiter
Added more NPCs
Added some dialogue to emphasize that it is based on a Chinatown, not China itself
Added an NPC in the Move Maniac’s house that explains the light type
Added overworld Pokemon
Added more character-building and world-building flavor text in the apartment
Added 2 Piplups because there weren’t enough already
Removed the Pokedex because it was pointless
Changed the name of the war from the Harmonious War to the War of Harmony
Changed flashback colors from grayscale to slightly sepia
Added base Pokemon Essentials credits to the credits file
Fixed a single tile error that nobody would’ve noticed
