Some what branched story: You the player aren’t the center of the universe so stuff will NOT always occur where you are and the example that I’m talking about is you will be given an option of where to go first and whatever decision you make will give you a difference experience
After you accomplish something you will see a difference
Mega evolution
Pokemon up to generation 6
Pokemon Changes which includes types, stat redistribution, moves, and etc.
HMs will be replaced with key items
Custom Shinies from a certain fangame
