Radical change of Pokemon encountered in routes
Change in evolution levels to make some Pokemon only usable later than they could be otherwise
Some Pokemon’s catch rates are raised
Cheap Rare candies are available in all marts
All static encounters are now dittos, some gifts/trades are changed
Some moves were nerfed or the player can’t access them anymore
Most trainer fights are mandatory now, lots of routes are now gauntlets
No Dig, E-Rope or Teleport
The dialogues on some points in the games are changed
You still get to use Pikachewww, which is the worst hommage a Pokemon can ever get
